Pakband Tesa Packband 57831-00-01 transparant, 66 m × 50 mm, 3-pack

Tesa Packband 57831-00-01 transparent packing tape is supplied as a set of three rolls, each 66 m long and 50 mm wide. The tape is designed for sealing cardboard boxes and parcels in shipping, storage and moving situations. Its transparent backing and pressure-sensitive adhesive provide a discreet finish while securing packaging for handling and transport. The rolls are suitable for manual application or for use with standard hand-held dispensers.

Advantages

The tape combines a long roll length with a medium width to reduce roll changes during repetitive packing tasks. Transparent appearance allows labels and printing on cartons to remain visible. Pressure-sensitive adhesive ensures immediate bond on most common corrugated and folding carton surfaces without the need for heat or additional activation. The tape is compatible with standard packing dispensers and can be torn cleanly by hand when needed.

Suitable for

• Sealing cardboard shipping boxes
• Everyday parcel and postal packaging
• Storage and moving applications
• Use with manual dispensers for packing lines

Key specifications

• Pack configuration: 3 rolls
• Roll length: 66 metres per roll
• Tape width: 50 millimetres
• Appearance: transparent
• Adhesive type: pressure-sensitive adhesive
• Application method: manual or dispenser use

How to use

Ensure the carton surface is clean, dry and free of loose dust or debris before application. For hand application, unroll the required length of tape and press firmly along the closure seam from one end to the other, smoothing to remove air pockets. When using a hand-held dispenser, align the tape with the dispenser blade and apply consistent pressure while feeding the tape across the box closure. Press along the tape edges after application to ensure complete contact with the carton surface.

Recommendations

For secure sealing on heavily loaded parcels, apply tape along the central closure and reinforce with additional strips across the flaps or along edges. Store unopened rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to maintain adhesive performance.
