Patchkabel DeLOCK RJ45 slank Cat.8.1 U/FTP 0,5 m zwart

This network cable by DELOCK is a slim Cat.8.1 U/FTP RJ45 patch cable designed for high-speed 40GBASE-T Ethernet applications. With a length of 0.5 m and a compact black jacket, it supports frequencies up to 2 GHz and data transfer rates up to 40 Gbps. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors ensure reliable contact and the U/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference in demanding network environments.

Advantages

The angled gold-plated RJ-45 connectors can be rotated in any direction to allow space-saving connections in confined areas. Its slim cable diameter provides greater flexibility and simplifies cabling inside network cabinets. U/FTP shielding improves signal integrity by minimizing crosstalk and external interference.

Suitable for

• 40GBASE-T Ethernet links
• Server racks and network cabinets with limited space
• Short interconnects between switches, patch panels and servers
• Environments requiring U/FTP shielding to reduce interference

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat.8.1
• Shielding: U/FTP
• Maximum data rate: up to 40 Gbps
• Frequency: up to 2 GHz
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated
• Cable length: 0.5 m
• Colour: Black

How to use

Align the RJ-45 connectors with the device ports and insert until the latch clicks. Rotate the angled connectors as needed to accommodate rack or cabinet routing and to reduce strain on adjacent ports. Use the 0.5 m length for short connections inside racks or between closely positioned devices.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid sharp bends and excessive tensile force. Keep the cable clear of strong electromagnetic sources and follow standard cabling practices when installing multiple shielded cables to maintain shielding continuity.
