Patchkabel Equip Cat.6A RJ-45 U/UTP 0,25 m zwart

The Equip Cat.6A U/UTP Patch Cable (0.25 m) is a short RJ-45 to RJ-45 network cable designed for high-speed 10GBase-T environments. Constructed from quality materials and tested to industry standards, the cable supports data transfer rates up to 10000 Mbit/s and uses U/UTP construction to minimise electromagnetic interference while maintaining reliable signal transmission in dense or demanding network setups.

Advantages

The Cat.6A specification provides increased bandwidth and improved signal-to-noise margin compared with lower-category cables, enabling stable 10 Gbit/s connections over short links. U/UTP design reduces external interference without additional overall shielding, and the compact 0.25 m length is suitable for tidy patching in server racks or crowded patch panels. Black finish offers unobtrusive appearance and easy visual organisation.

Suitable for

• Short patching between switches, routers and servers
• High-speed 10GBase-T links in data centres and network cabinets
• Connections in crowded patch panels and server racks

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector firmly into the corresponding Ethernet ports on your network devices until the latch clicks. Use the 0.25 m patch cable for short interconnects where a compact, low-profile connection is required. Ensure ports are powered down or link negotiation is complete according to your equipment guidelines when swapping cables to avoid transient network disruption.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this Cat.6A patch cable for short 10GBase-T links in rack environments and avoid tight bends or kinks. Keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources and route it alongside other network cabling to maintain neat patching and reliable signal quality.
