The ASUS Prime AP201 is a 33-liter MicroATX PC case that supports 360 mm all-in-one (AIO) coolers, graphics cards up to 338 mm long, and standard ATX power supplies up to 180 mm. It features tool-free side panels with a quasi-filter mesh for improved airflow and easier access, an extended motherboard tray with a 32 mm cable-management gap, and front-panel USB Type-C alongside two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports. The case is available in black or white and is designed to provide compact yet capable housing for high-performance microATX builds.

Advantages

The quasi-filter mesh with over 57,000 precision 1.5 mm holes increases airflow while reducing dust ingress and offering a clear view of internal components. The design accommodates multiple cooling configurations including 280 mm and 360 mm radiators and up to six fans, plus removable dust filters for easier cleaning. Tool-free side panels use secure clips for quick, reliable access. The extended motherboard tray and 32 mm routing gap allow tidy cable management. Front-panel Type-C (USB 3.2 Gen 2) provides high-speed external connectivity when paired with compatible motherboards.

Key specifications

Form factor: MicroATX
Volume: 33 liters
GPU clearance: up to 338 mm
PSU compatibility: standard ATX, up to 180 mm length
Radiator support: up to 360 mm (front/top, depending on configuration) and 280 mm
Fan support: up to 6 fans
Mesh: quasi-filter with ~57,000 holes, 1.5 mm each
Front I/O: USB Type-C (USB 3.2 Gen 2), 2× USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A
Storage and cooling: removable dust filter for bottom fan mounts
Colors: black or white

How to use

Remove the tool-free side panels by releasing the clip mechanism to access the interior. Install the motherboard on the extended tray, route cables through the strategically placed cutouts and the 32 mm gap for a tidy build, and mount the power supply and graphics card within the specified clearances. Fit radiators and fans according to thermal requirements—support exists for 280 mm and 360 mm radiators—and use the removable dust filter on the bottom fan mounts for easier maintenance. Connect peripherals via the front-panel Type-C or Type-A USB ports as needed.

Recommendations

For optimal cooling and cable management, use a compatible microATX motherboard that exposes the front-panel Type-C (USB 3.2 Gen 2) header, choose a graphics card no longer than 338 mm, and plan radiator placement before final component installation. Regularly clean the removable dust filter to maintain airflow.
