PC-behuizing be quiet! Light Base 500 LX zwart Midi Tower ATX 3x 120mm ventilatoren

Light Base 500 LX Black combines a minimalist exterior with practical features for PC builders seeking performance and ease of use. The case supports ATX motherboards, graphics cards up to 400 mm and radiators up to 360 mm. Its side panel includes an angled, slide-out fan frame that improves airflow to the GPU and simplifies fan installation, while cable routing channels and a dedicated drive bracket keep cables tidy without reducing internal space.

Advantages

The angled fan frame directs air toward the GPU and can be slid out for fast fan installation. Four preinstalled Light Wings LX 120 mm PWM fans with reversed blades and 16 LEDs in each hub provide ARGB illumination and strong airflow. The case accommodates multiple cooling configurations including a lowered fan bay that aligns added bottom fans with the case floor. Two possible PSU positions enable support for motherboards with backside connectors. An integrated ARGB controller button and a 6-way ARGB/PWM hub manage lighting and fan power while leaving extra connectors for additional devices.

Key specifications

• GPU clearance: up to 400 mm
• Radiator support: up to 360 mm
• Preinstalled fans: 4 × Light Wings LX 120 mm PWM (including 1 rear, 2 side with reversed blades)
• ARGB: 16 LEDs per fan hub, integrated ARGB controller button on I/O, 6-way ARGB/PWM hub (4 free connectors)
• Drive bays: 2 × 2.5" bays, 1 × 3.5" bay
• Materials: ABS, tempered glass, steel
• Color: Black
• Dust protection: filters in side and bottom

How to use

Install the motherboard (ATX/micro ATX/Mini-ITX) on the tray and route cables through the dedicated channel behind the tray for tidy cable management. Slide out the angled fan frame on the side to mount or replace fans more easily, and align additional bottom fans in the lowered fan bay so they sit flush with the case floor. Connect the preinstalled fans to the included 6-way ARGB/PWM hub and use the ARGB controller button on the I/O panel to select lighting effects. If using a motherboard with backside connectors, change the position of the PSU and drive bracket to enable unobstructed access.

Recommendations

For optimal cooling and cable management, install the radiator in the front or top (up to 360 mm), use the slide-out side frame when mounting fans, and leave spare ARGB/PWM connectors available for future fan or lighting upgrades.
