PC-behuizing Cooler Master MasterBox 500 midi-tower zwart

The Cooler Master MasterBox 500 Midi Tower in black combines a compact gaming-oriented chassis with enhanced airflow and customizable ARGB lighting. The case features a geometric front panel with circuit-inspired ARGB accents, a removable top panel for easier installation of cooling components, and a tempered glass side panel for quick tool-free access. It supports multiple fan and radiator configurations, standard ATX-compatible components, and offers space for longer graphics cards and tall CPU coolers.

Advantages

The case delivers high cooling potential with support for up to seven 120 mm fans and dual 360 mm radiators, while FineMesh front-panel material balances maximum airflow and dust filtration. Pre-installed ARGB SickleFlow fans and an ARGB control button on the I/O panel enable immediate, customizable lighting. A removable top panel and a pin-secured tempered glass side panel allow tool-free access and simpler assembly.

Suitable for

• Gaming PC builds requiring strong airflow and ARGB lighting
• Liquid-cooled systems with front and top radiators (up to dual 360 mm)
• Upgradable systems needing full-size GPUs (up to 410 mm) and tall CPU coolers (up to 165 mm)
• Users who prefer easy assembly and maintenance with removable panels

How to use

Install the motherboard and power supply according to their manuals, then mount storage drives in the dedicated 2.5" or 3.5" bays. Use the removable top panel for easier placement of radiators or fans and route cables through available cutouts to maintain airflow. Connect the pre-installed front ARGB fan and use the dedicated ARGB button on the I/O panel to cycle lighting modes. The tempered glass side panel is pin-secured for quick removal; an optional screw can be used to fasten it more securely.

Recommendations

For optimal cooling performance, populate front and top fan positions first and use FineMesh front filtration to reduce dust intake. When installing large radiators or long graphics cards, remove the top panel to simplify alignment and cable routing.
