PC-behuizing MODECOM Oberon Pro midi tower — zwart, ondersteunt ATX/microATX/ITX, 7 uitbreidingsslots, tot 395 mm GPU, 5 HDD/3 SSD-slots

MODECOM OBERON PRO is a Midi Tower PC case designed to combine a spacious, functional interior with a modern, minimalistic exterior. The case supports ATX, Micro ATX and ITX motherboards and offers multiple drive bays, a bottom-mounted power supply tunnel and pre-installed cooling to maintain airflow. Available in classic black, OBERON PRO is the result of refinements made on earlier OBERON series models to meet users’ expectations for functionality and ease of use.

Advantages

OBERON PRO provides a well-organised interior with tool-free mounting for drives and expansion cards, easily removable magnetic dust filters on top, front and bottom, and a long PSU tunnel that accommodates power supplies up to 240 mm. The case comes with two pre-installed 120 mm fans (front and rear), supports a CPU cooler height up to 163 mm and allows video cards up to 395 mm, all while keeping a clean interior and good airflow.

How to use

Install the chosen motherboard into the case standoffs and mount the power supply into the bottom tunnel. Fit SSDs and HDDs using the tool-free bays provided; SSDs can be mounted on both sides to preserve airflow. Insert expansion cards using the tool-free PCI/PCIe slots and connect front I/O cables (USB and audio) to the motherboard headers. Place the CPU cooler ensuring it does not exceed 163 mm in height and verify that the graphics card length does not exceed 395 mm. Clean dust filters regularly by removing the magnetic top and front filters and the bottom filter under the PSU for maintenance.

Recommendations

For optimal airflow and ease of maintenance, use the pre-installed 120 mm fans in intake (front) and exhaust (rear) configuration, keep SSDs mounted to the sides to avoid obstructing airflow, and routinely remove and clean the magnetic filters. Ensure cable routing follows the case’s wiring management paths to maintain temperature stability and a tidy interior.
