Endgame Gear XSTRM is a wired USB PC microphone designed for streaming, podcasting, voice calls and content creation on desktop computers. The microphone uses a cardioid pickup pattern and a 20–20000 Hz frequency range with a sensitivity of -36 dB. It is powered via USB (5 V, 250 mA) and connects with a 2 m cable and USB-C plug. The compact body (height 221.5 mm, diameter 119 mm) houses touch controls, an integrated LED gain indicator, RGB lighting modes and a 3.5 mm headphone jack for direct monitoring. The microphone is supplied with a shock mount, magnetic pop filter and a metal stand; it also includes an integrated 3/8" thread for mounting on standard tripods.

Advantages

The Endgame Gear XSTRM delivers studio-oriented recording features in a ready-to-use package. A 20 mm gold-plated capsule and up to 24-bit/192 kHz resolution capture detailed voice characteristics, while a cardioid pattern and AI noise cancellation reduce unwanted ambient sound. Touch controls and a visible LED gain indicator simplify operation and level monitoring. Included accessories — shock mount, pop filter and metal stand — reduce handling noise and plosives without additional purchases. RGB lighting with multiple modes and a G-sensor that rotates the display provide visual feedback and customization for different setups.

Recommendations

Place the microphone 10–30 cm from the mouth for a clean, balanced signal and use the pop filter to reduce plosives. Enable AI noise cancellation when recording in environments with background noise, and monitor levels with the LED gain indicator to avoid clipping. Use the shock mount to minimise mechanical vibrations and the metal stand or a tripod mount for stable placement.
