Penseelborstel Bosch 2 608 622 127 diameter 2,5 cm schachtdiameter 6 mm

The Bosch 2 608 622 127 pencil brush with crimped wire has a compact 2.5 cm diameter and a 6 mm shank, designed for precision cleaning and surface preparation in very tight or hard-to-reach areas. It is suitable for use on stainless steel, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals where targeted metal removal or surface mattifying is required.

Advantages

The crimped-wire construction provides controlled aggressiveness for removing rust, paint residues and burrs while preserving the surrounding material. Its small pencil shape allows access to corners, profiles and inner surfaces of pipes. The 6 mm shank fits standard rotary tools and die grinders for stable operation.

How to use

Mount the pencil brush securely in a compatible rotary tool or die grinder with a 6 mm collet. Start at low speed to position the brush, then increase speed gradually to the recommended operating range for your tool and the task. Apply light, even pressure and move the brush steadily across the work area to remove rust, paint or to roughen the surface. Avoid excessive force or lateral bending of the brush to maintain shape and prevent premature wear.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses, gloves and respiratory protection if necessary). Test on a small inconspicuous area first to ensure the desired finish. Do not use the brush on hardened steel or for heavy grinding tasks beyond light-duty cleaning and surface preparation.
