Perslucht-blaaspistool Metabo BP 500 8 bar — pneumatisch reinigingsgereedschap, max. 8 bar druk

Metabo BP 500 air blow gun is a pneumatic cleaning tool designed to remove dust, chips and liquid residues from workpieces, machines and workbenches. Rated for a maximum pressure of 8 bar, the device connects to standard compressed air systems and delivers a concentrated airflow for targeted cleaning and drying. Its lightweight construction and ergonomic grip allow for extended use with reduced fatigue, making it suitable for workshop, garage and industrial maintenance tasks.

Advantages

The blow gun offers stable performance at pressures up to 8 bar and a focused nozzle that concentrates airflow for efficient debris removal. Compact and lightweight design improves handling and control during repetitive tasks. The device is compatible with common compressed air fittings and is built to withstand regular workshop use, simplifying routine cleaning and preventive maintenance.

Suitable for

• Blowing dust and chips from machine tools and workbenches
• Drying parts and surfaces after washing or coolant exposure
• Cleaning filters, vents and hard-to-reach areas
• General compressed-air cleaning in garages and small production facilities

Key specifications

• Maximum operating pressure: 8 bar
• Tool type: pneumatic air blow gun
• Connection: standard compressed air fitting (industry standard coupling)
• Construction: lightweight handheld body with ergonomic grip
• Use environment: workshop, garage, light industrial settings

How to use

Connect the air blow gun to a compressed air source using the appropriate coupling. Adjust the air supply to a pressure not exceeding 8 bar. Point the nozzle toward the area to be cleaned, keep a safe distance to avoid surface damage, and depress the trigger to produce the airflow. Release the trigger to stop the air. For drying, move the nozzle evenly over the surface until moisture is removed. Always ensure the compressed air supply is switched off before connecting or disconnecting the tool.

Recommendations

Use eye and hearing protection when operating the blow gun. Avoid directing compressed air at people. For cleaning sensitive components, keep greater distance and use lower pressure settings where possible. Regularly inspect the nozzle and connection for wear or damage and maintain the compressed air system according to manufacturer guidelines.
