How to use

Open the double-sided zipper to access the interior compartments. Insert documents into the A4 front compartment or the removable 4-ring binder mechanism; the binder can be taken out if you prefer loose sheets or a different filing system. Store business cards in the transparent window, place small documents in the additional pockets, and secure pens in the two rubber loops. Close the organiser with the zipper to protect contents while transporting.

Recommendations

For long-term appearance and function, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture. Clean the artificial leather surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary. When carrying heavy contents, distribute weight evenly inside the binder and use the zipper fully closed to prevent strain on the seams.
