Persslang Aerotec SUPERFLEX PRO 10 m x 6 mm – persluchtslang, versterkte uitvoering

Air hose Aerotec SUPERFLEX PRO 10 m x 6 mm is a flexible compressed air hose intended for delivering compressed air to pneumatic tools and workshop equipment. The 10 m length and 6 mm internal diameter balance reach and flow for medium-duty applications. Reinforced construction reduces kinking and improves abrasion resistance, making the hose appropriate for frequent handling in garages and maintenance environments while maintaining consistent air delivery.

Advantages

The reinforced construction increases durability against mechanical wear and repeated bending while preserving flexibility for easy coil and uncoil. The 6 mm bore provides stable airflow for many common pneumatic tools without excessive bulk, and the 10 m length gives extended reach from fixed compressor locations. The hose is lightweight for improved handling and storage and resists common workshop stresses that lead to premature failure.

Suitable for

• Supplying compressed air to impact wrenches, air ratchets and nail guns
• General workshop and garage use for inflating tires and operating air tools
• Maintenance tasks requiring a flexible, kink-resistant air line
• Medium-duty pneumatic applications in small professional shops

Key specifications

• Length: 10 m
• Internal diameter: 6 mm
• Construction: reinforced, kink-resistant design
• Material characteristics: flexible, abrasion-resistant outer layer
• Typical use: compressed air delivery for pneumatic tools and workshop equipment

How to use

Connect one end of the Aerotec SUPERFLEX PRO hose to the compressor outlet and the other end to the pneumatic tool or accessory using compatible fittings. Ensure fittings are tightened securely and the hose is routed without sharp bends or pinch points. Before operation, verify the compressor pressure matches the tool manufacturer’s recommended working pressure. After use, depressurize the line, disconnect fittings if required, and store the hose coiled in a dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prolong service life.

Recommendations

Regularly inspect the hose for signs of wear, cuts or excessive abrasion. Avoid dragging the hose across sharp edges and protect it from prolonged exposure to oils, solvents or high heat. For better performance, use compatible couplers and clamps and maintain compressor pressure within the recommended range for connected tools.
