Peugeot Paris pepermolen 12cm u'Select rood gelakt hout (41199)

For those who refuse to compromise between timeless design and modern precision, the Peugeot Paris u'Select Pepper Mill delivers both in a compact 12 cm form. Handcrafted in France from beech wood and finished with a vibrant red lacquer, it brings a bold yet classic accent to your table. The patented u'Select system sets it apart: six clearly marked grind settings let you switch from powder-fine to coarse cracked pepper with a simple turn of the base ring. Inside, a case-hardened steel mechanism—protected by Peugeot's proprietary treatment—resists corrosion and wear, ensuring consistent grinding for decades. This mill is not just a tool; it is a statement of culinary heritage and engineering excellence.

Highlights

• Patented u'Select grind adjustment with 6 precise settings, from very fine to coarse
• Case-hardened steel mechanism with lifetime warranty against wear and corrosion
• Solid beech wood body with a glossy red lacquered finish, crafted in France
• Grinds black, white, green, and red peppercorns up to 5 mm in diameter
• Compact 12 cm height—perfect for tabletop use or as a gift

In daily use

Fill the mill by unscrewing the top knob and removing the cap, then add your favorite peppercorns. The u'Select ring at the base clicks into place at each of the six settings, so you can easily adjust coarseness for different dishes: fine for soups and sauces, medium for salads, coarse for steak or roasted vegetables. The smooth lacquered surface wipes clean with a soft, dry cloth—never wash or immerse in water. Thanks to the robust steel mechanism, you can grind continuously without fatigue, and the mill will maintain its performance for years. Whether you are a home cook or a professional chef, this mill becomes an extension of your hand, delivering freshly ground pepper with every twist.
