Phoenix 3036916 FBS 10-5 BU steekbrug, 10-polig, 5,2 mm steekafstand, blauw

The Phoenix 3036916 FBS 10-5 BU stands out as a fixed plug-in bridge engineered for secure, high-current distribution across 10 positions with a 5.2 mm pitch. Unlike loose jumper wires or single-position jumpers, this bridge delivers consistent contact force and vibration resistance in one compact, color-coded component. Its blue polyamide housing provides immediate visual identification in dense terminal block assemblies, while the UL 94 V0 flammability rating ensures compliance with strict fire safety requirements.

Highlights

• 10-position fixed bridge for reliable equipotential bonding
• 5.2 mm pitch compatible with Phoenix Contact ST, UT, and PT series terminal blocks
• Robust polyamide (PA) insulation, UL 94 V0 rated
• High current capacity: 24 A (IEC) with 500 V rated voltage
• Wide operating temperature range from -60 °C to +105 °C
• RoHS and REACH compliant
• Simple plug-in installation – no tools required

In daily use

Installation is straightforward: align the bridge with the terminal block's bridging channels and press firmly until it seats. The fixed bridge design eliminates the risk of incorrect spacing or loose connections, making it ideal for control cabinets, machine wiring, and power distribution panels. The blue housing allows quick identification of bridged groups during maintenance, reducing downtime and wiring errors. With a pollution degree of 3 and overvoltage category III, the FBS 10-5 BU is suited for industrial environments where transient overvoltages and conductive dust may be present.
