Pincet Bahco 5469-127 staal spits 127mm 20g

The Bahco 5469-127 Steel Pointed tweezer is a stainless steel precision tool with a 127 mm length and a slender pointed tip for fine handling. Designed for durability and accurate control, this lightweight 20 g tweezer supports delicate operations where a slim profile and corrosion resistance are required. The simple construction focuses on steady grip and tip alignment to assist in repetitive tasks that demand exact positioning.

Advantages

Constructed from stainless steel for corrosion resistance and easy cleaning, the tweezer offers consistent tip alignment and a firm, tactile feel. Its pointed profile enables fine manipulation of small parts and fibers, while the 127 mm length provides a balance between reach and control. The low weight reduces operator fatigue during prolonged use, and the single-piece metal design contributes to long-term dimensional stability.

Suitable for

• Electronics assembly and PCB rework where precise component placement is required
• Laboratory tasks such as handling small samples or delicate instruments
• Jewelry making and repair for holding tiny parts and setting stones
• Hobby and model making for positioning miniature components and detailing
• General precision tasks in workshops and maintenance

Key specifications

• Material: stainless steel
• Tip style: pointed
• Length: 127 mm
• Weight: approximately 20 g
• Construction: single-piece metal design for stability

How to use

Hold the tweezer between thumb and forefinger near the midshaft to maximize control and minimize hand strain. Use the pointed tips to grasp small items at their center or at a secure edge, applying only the force necessary to avoid deformation of delicate parts. For tasks requiring higher accuracy, position the workpiece under suitable lighting and, if needed, use magnification. After use, clean the tips with a soft cloth; for contamination removal, use a mild solvent compatible with stainless steel and dry thoroughly to prevent spotting.

Recommendations

Store the tweezer in a protective sleeve or dedicated holder to preserve tip alignment; avoid using it on hardened materials or as a prying tool to prevent tip damage.
