Pistoolboormachine Metabo BS 18 LTX BL I, 2000 tpm, 1,3 cm boorkop

The Metabo BS 18 LTX BL I pistol grip drill is an 18 V battery-powered drill with a brushless motor, a maximum no-load speed of 2000 RPM and a 13 mm keyless chuck. Designed for portability and efficiency, it drills up to 68 mm in wood and up to 13 mm in steel while weighing approximately 1.7 kg.

Advantages

The brushless motor increases efficiency and reduces wear compared with brushed designs, delivering consistent power at various loads. The keyless 13 mm chuck enables quick bit changes without additional tools. Compact pistol grip design and low weight improve handling and reduce fatigue during extended use. Compatibility with Metabo 18 V battery system ensures interchangeability with chargers and other tools of the same voltage class.

Suitable for

• Drilling holes in wood (up to 68 mm)
• Drilling holes in steel and metal (up to 13 mm)
• Screwdriving tasks in construction and workshop applications
• Portable drilling jobs where compact size and low weight are required

How to use

Insert a charged 18 V Metabo battery into the drill until it locks. Select an appropriate drill bit and secure it in the 13 mm keyless chuck by hand, then tighten by rotating the chuck. Set the required speed or torque settings if available, position the drill at the marked drilling point, and apply steady pressure while starting the drill. For screwdriving, use the suitable bit and control speed to avoid overtightening. After work, remove the battery and store the tool and batteries according to the manufacturer's safety instructions.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (eye and hearing protection, gloves) and select drill bits matched to the material. For prolonged heavy-duty tasks, use batteries with higher capacity within the Metabo 18 V range to maintain performance. Keep vents clear and follow Metabo guidelines for charging and battery storage.
