Platte RJ45 Cat.7 ethernetkabel ShiverPeaks 75511-SLG slank 1 m groen

Flat RJ45 Cat.7 Ethernet Cable ShiverPeaks 75511-SLG Slim 1 m Green is a slim, space-saving network cable designed for short-run high-speed wired connections. The cable delivers Category 7 performance in a low-profile flat form factor with standard RJ45 terminations, allowing reliable Gigabit and multi-gigabit LAN connections where flexibility and discreet routing are required. Its green jacket provides an easily identifiable color for neat cable organization in home and office environments.

Advantages

The flat construction allows the cable to lie close to surfaces and be routed under carpets, along skirting boards, or behind furniture without creating noticeable bulges. Category 7 performance ensures improved shielding and reduced crosstalk compared with lower categories, supporting higher data rates and stable network throughput. Standard RJ45 connectors provide broad compatibility with switches, routers, network cards, gaming consoles, and smart devices. The 1 m length is suitable for short connections where excess cable management is desired.

Suitable for

• Connecting a PC, laptop or console to a nearby router or switch
• High-speed home or small office LAN links where flat routing is needed
• Gaming and streaming setups requiring low-latency wired connections
• Discrete cable runs under carpets, along skirting boards or behind furniture

Key specifications

• Category: Cat.7 performance suitable for high-speed Ethernet
• Connector type: RJ45 on both ends for universal compatibility
• Form factor: flat / slim cable profile for low-profile routing
• Length: 1 meter
• Colour: green for easy identification and organized cabling
• Shielding: enhanced shielding characteristics for reduced crosstalk

How to use

Connect one RJ45 end to your network device (router, switch or network card) and the other end to the target device such as a PC, laptop or console. Lay the flat cable along the desired route, pressing it close to the wall, under a carpet edge, or behind furniture to minimize visibility. Avoid tight bends near the connector ends and do not place heavy objects on the cable to preserve performance and connector integrity. Verify link status on connected devices to confirm an active network connection.

Recommendations

For best results, keep the flat cable away from mains power cables and sources of electromagnetic interference. Use in short runs up to the specified length for optimal signal quality; for longer distances, select a longer cable rated for Cat.7 performance. Inspect the RJ45 connectors for secure seating and avoid excessive twisting during installation.
