Platte RJ45-ethernetkabel ShiverPeaks Cat.7 slank, grijs, 3 m

Flat RJ45 Ethernet cable ShiverPeaks Cat.7 Slim, Gray, 3 m is a slim-profile network cable designed for high-speed wired connections. It provides Cat.7 performance in a low-profile, flexible flat form factor that fits under carpets, along skirting boards and through narrow gaps. The cable terminates with standard RJ45 connectors and is intended for reliable data transfer between devices with Ethernet ports in home and office environments.

Advantages

The flat construction reduces cable bulk and allows discreet routing without bulky cable channels. Cat.7 performance supports high data rates and improved shielding characteristics compared to lower-category cables, helping to reduce crosstalk and external interference. The slim gray jacket blends with interior surfaces and the 3 m length offers a balance between reach and minimal slack for tidy installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, laptops, routers, switches and smart TVs to a wired network
• Wiring along skirting boards, under carpets or through door and window frames
• Space-constrained installations where round cables are impractical
• Home offices and small business networks requiring stable wired connections

Key specifications

• Category: Cat.7 performance for high-speed Ethernet
• Connector type: RJ45 on both ends
• Form factor: Flat, low-profile design
• Length: 3 m
• Colour: Gray
• Construction: Flexible jacket suitable for routing under carpets and along skirting boards

How to use

Connect one RJ45 end to the Ethernet port of your device and the other end to a router, switch or wall outlet. Ensure both connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks for a secure connection. Route the flat cable along the desired path, pressing it into gaps or under carpets as needed; avoid sharp bends and excessive tension. For through-frame routing, feed the cable gently to prevent damage to the jacket or connectors.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid kinking the flat cable and keep it away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference such as large power transformers or unshielded mains wiring. Use cable clips or low-profile adhesive tapes to secure routing and prevent tripping hazards. If higher shielding or longer runs are required, consider connecting through shielded patch panels or using appropriately rated in-wall cabling methods that comply with local regulations.
