PoE-adapter Ernitec ELECTRA-POE-1GB-60W 60W 1GB

The Ernitec ELECTRA-POE-1GB-60W is a Power over Ethernet adapter that supplies up to 60W of power over a single 1000Mbps PoE port while providing a separate 1000Mbps RJ45 data port. It is compatible with IEEE802.3af, IEEE802.3at and IEEE802.3bt standards, accepts AC 100–240V input and is housed in a metal case with IP20 protection. The adapter is intended for delivering reliable power and gigabit data to PoE-enabled devices such as IP cameras and network equipment.

Advantages

The adapter supports multiple PoE standards (15.4W, 30W and 60W) for broad device compatibility and offers gigabit data throughput. Built with a metal casing and surge/ESD protection, it provides robust electrical protection: differential surge 2KV, common mode 6KV, contact ESD 6KV and air ESD 8KV. The wide AC input range and IP20-rated enclosure make it suitable for typical indoor network installations.

Suitable for

• Powering PoE-enabled IP cameras
• Supplying power to access points and VoIP phones
• Feeding other PoE-powered network devices requiring up to 60W

• Operating temperature: -20 to 50°C
• Surge protection: differential 2KV, common mode 6KV; ESD: contact 6KV, air 8KV

How to use

Connect the adapter to an AC 100–240V power source, then connect the PoE output port to the PoE-enabled device using an Ethernet cable and connect the separate RJ45 port to the network switch or router for data. Ensure correct orientation of connectors and secure connections. The device functions as PSE (Power Sourcing Equipment) and supplies both power and data according to IEEE 802.3 PoE standards.

Recommendations

For devices that require high power, use short pure-copper CAT6 cables and keep cable length as short as possible; Ernitec recommends a maximum cable length of 1 metre for high-powered devices to avoid voltage drop and reduced available wattage.
