Polijstschijf KWB radborstel 604310

The KWB Wheel brush 604310 is a flexible blue nylon polishing disc with aluminium oxide abrasive, 75 mm diameter and a 6 mm shank, supplied in a blister. Designed for fine sanding, cleaning and polishing, it is suitable for removing paint, varnish and welding discolouration and for light surfacing work on a range of materials while fitting into narrow edges and curved shapes.

Advantages

The wheel brush combines a flexible nylon structure with aluminium oxide grit to deliver consistent fine sanding and polishing without aggressive material removal. Its 6 mm shank makes it compatible with common rotary tools, and the compact 75 mm diameter allows access to frames, grilles and narrow profiles. The blister packaging keeps the disc protected during storage.

How to use

Fit the 6 mm shank securely into the chuck of a compatible rotary tool or drill. Start at low speed to check contact and then increase speed as needed for effective polishing or fine sanding. Apply light, even pressure and move the brush along the work surface to avoid concentrated wear. Use steady motion when working on curved or narrow areas.

Recommendations

For best results, use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and a dust mask. Test on a small, inconspicuous area before working on the main surface and avoid excessive pressure to prolong brush life and protect the workpiece.
