How to use

Slide the wrist support onto the affected hand so that the stabilizing elements align with the underside of the wrist. Fasten the closure to a comfortable level of compression — snug enough to limit unwanted movement but not so tight as to impede circulation. Wear during activities that place stress on the wrist or for scheduled support periods as advised by a healthcare professional. Inspect the skin regularly for signs of irritation and remove if numbness or increased pain occurs.

Recommendations

Consult a healthcare professional for guidance on use duration and suitability for specific wrist conditions. For hygiene, follow any washing instructions provided by the manufacturer and allow the support to dry completely before reuse.
