Polshorloge Zeppelin 9668-5 automatisch roestvrij staal waterbestendig

The Zeppelin 9668-5 automatic stainless steel wrist watch combines a classic dial layout with a self-winding mechanical movement and corrosion-resistant metal construction. The case and bracelet are crafted from stainless steel, and the watch offers water resistance suitable for daily wear. The design balances traditional styling with the practical advantage of an automatic calibre that keeps the watch running through wrist motion rather than a battery.

Advantages

The automatic movement provides continuous operation without battery replacements when worn regularly. Stainless steel construction enhances durability and corrosion resistance while maintaining a refined appearance appropriate for office or formal settings. Water resistance adds protection against splashes and brief exposure to water, improving everyday reliability. Mechanical engineering, visible through design details, emphasizes workmanship and long-term serviceability.

Suitable for

• Everyday office wear and business attire
• Formal events and meetings
• Users who prefer mechanical automatic movements over quartz
• Situations where a durable, corrosion-resistant metal watch is needed

Key specifications

• Movement type: self-winding mechanical (automatic)
• Case material: stainless steel
• Bracelet/strap material: stainless steel
• Water resistance: designed for daily wear and splash protection
• Dial style: classic analogue display

How to use

Wear the watch daily to ensure the automatic movement remains wound by natural wrist motion. If the watch stops after a period of non-use, set the time and give the crown a few turns or gently shake the watch to start the movement, then wear it for several hours to fully charge the mainspring. Adjust time and date following the manufacturer's crown operation guidance to avoid damaging the movement; avoid changing date settings when the hands are within the typical danger zone around midnight.

Recommendations

To preserve performance and appearance, avoid prolonged exposure to strong magnetic fields and extreme temperatures, rinse with fresh water after contact with salt water or chlorinated water, and schedule periodic servicing by a qualified watchmaker to maintain accuracy and lubricant condition.
