Ergonomic Solutions SP1 DuraTilt is a POS terminal mount designed for retail and hospitality environments. The mount incorporates a 120 mm rotation unit and a tilt-and-rotate mechanism to improve screen positioning for both staff and customers. It supports MultiGrip and MultiClip holders, includes ClickSafe PCI security features to assist with PCI compliance, and is supplied in white. The unit is built for durability with a mechanism tested to 250,000 cycles and is covered by a 5-year warranty. The design emphasises hygienic operation by reducing required physical contact and limiting particle or liquid ingress.

Advantages

The DuraTilt mount provides precise tilt and rotation for easier viewing and interaction, helping to streamline transaction flow. The included 120 mm rotation unit enables smooth adjustment between cashier and customer positions. ClickSafe PCI security integrates a physical lock to support compliance needs without obstructing ergonomic adjustments. Robust construction and cycle testing to 250,000 operations deliver long-term reliability, while the hygienic housing reduces the risk of contamination and simplifies cleaning. A 5-year warranty offers extended coverage for business installations.

How to use

Mount the SP1 DuraTilt according to the holder type in use (MultiGrip or MultiClip) and secure the terminal following the ClickSafe instructions for physical locking. Adjust tilt and rotate settings to position the display for optimal operator ergonomics and customer interaction; the 120 mm rotation unit allows easy hand adjustments between positions. Clean the visible surfaces with suitable disinfectant or mild cleaning agents, taking care to follow manufacturer guidance to avoid aggressive solvents that could affect the finish. Follow routine inspection for wear given heavy-use locations and consult the warranty documentation for service procedures.

Recommendations

For best results, set the mount position to minimise repetitive reach for staff and to provide clear visibility for customers during transactions. Use the ClickSafe lock when unattended or to meet PCI physical security requirements. Regularly clean high-touch areas and check the tilt-and-rotate mechanism for smooth operation; arrange maintenance if the mechanism shows signs of wear before reaching the tested lifecycle limit.
