Power Distribution Unit PDU ShiverPeaks BS09-20565 6 AC Outlets zwart

The ShiverPeaks BS09-20565 Power Distribution Unit PDU provides six AC outlets in a compact black housing constructed from aluminum and plastic. Designed for controlled power distribution, the unit features a 1.5 m mains cable and is rated for a nominal input voltage of 230 V, a maximum current of 16 A and maximum power handling up to 3680 W. The PDU is suitable for deployments where reliable AC outlet expansion and organized power delivery are required.

Advantages

The PDU combines a durable aluminum-and-plastic enclosure with six conveniently spaced AC outlets for connecting multiple devices. Its 1.5 m cable length offers flexibility in placement without the need for additional extension cords. With a 230 V nominal input and 16 A/3680 W maximum capacity, the unit supports typical office and small workshop loads while preserving a compact footprint and consistent power distribution.

Suitable for

• Powering office equipment such as PCs, monitors and printers
• Distributing power to audio/video setups in small studios or meeting rooms
• Organizing power for lab benches, test equipment and workstations
• Temporary or permanent installation in IT racks or under-desk power management

Key specifications

• Number of AC outlets: 6
• Cable length: 1.5 m
• Nominal input voltage: 230 V
• Maximum current: 16 A
• Maximum power: 3680 W
• Housing material: aluminum and plastic
• Product colour: black

How to use

Connect the PDU to a properly grounded 230 V AC mains outlet using the integrated 1.5 m cable. Arrange connected devices on the six AC outlets ensuring the combined current draw does not exceed 16 A and total power does not exceed 3680 W. Position the unit on a stable surface or mount according to any compatible mounting points so that airflow around the housing is not obstructed. Periodically inspect the cable and housing for signs of damage and disconnect the PDU from the mains before performing any maintenance.

Recommendations

Distribute high-draw devices across multiple outlets and avoid connecting a single device that would push the unit beyond its 16 A/3680 W rating. Use the PDU in indoor, dry environments and ensure the mains supply matches the 230 V nominal rating. For permanent installations, follow local electrical codes and consult a qualified electrician if necessary.
