Projector Acer P1358i — DLP, 5200 ANSI lm, 16:9, lamp, 5000/10000 uur, wit

The Acer P1358i is a standard-throw DLP projector with a native 16:9 aspect ratio and a rated brightness of 5200 ANSI lumens. It uses a replaceable lamp light source with a rated life of 5000 hours under normal mode and up to 10,000 hours in economic mode, and offers a typical contrast ratio of 20,000:1. The projector is supplied in a white enclosure and provides HDMI 1.4a and RS-232 connectivity, making it suitable for classrooms, meeting rooms and larger venues where a bright, widescreen projection is required.

Advantages

The DLP projection technology delivers sharp image detail and reliable colour reproduction. High brightness of 5200 ANSI lumens supports clear visibility in environments with ambient light. A 16:9 native aspect ratio matches widescreen content without scaling artifacts. The lamp offers a balance between brightness and operational lifetime with an extended economic mode to reduce maintenance frequency. Compact white housing integrates unobtrusively in most installation environments.

Suitable for

• Classroom presentations and lectures
• Meeting rooms and corporate presentations
• Large venues and auditoriums requiring a bright widescreen image
• Events where HDMI sources and basic control via RS-232 are used

Select economic mode when lower fan noise and extended lamp life are priorities; switch to normal mode for maximum brightness when ambient light levels require it. Follow the manufacturer instructions for lamp replacement and routine maintenance.

Recommendations

To maintain image quality and extend lamp life, operate the projector in economic mode when full brightness is not required, ensure adequate ventilation around the unit, and perform regular cleaning of air filters and lens according to the user manual.
