PV-voedingskabel ShiverPeaks BS02-450416 3 m PV4 met Anderson-stekkerverbinding

PV power cable ShiverPeaks BS02-450416 3 m PV4 with Anderson connector is a ready-made DC connection lead for photovoltaic systems. The cable combines PV4 conductors with a heavy-duty Anderson-style connector to enable a fast, genderless mating with compatible devices. It is supplied as a 3 m pre-assembled cable intended for linking PV modules, inverters, charge controllers and battery systems in fixed or portable solar installations.

Advantages

The assembly provides a secure, low-resistance DC connection suitable for PV applications and portable power equipment. Using an Anderson connector reduces the risk of incorrect polarity and enables quick plug-and-play installation without terminal tightening. The PV4 cable construction offers flexibility and mechanical durability for rooftop, ground-mounted or mobile solar arrays.

Suitable for

• Connecting PV modules to inverters or combiner boxes
• Linking charge controllers to battery banks in off-grid systems
• Temporary or portable solar setups, e.g., camping or mobile workstations
• Workshop testing and commissioning of DC power equipment

Key specifications

• Cable length: 3 m
• Cable type: PV4 DC power conductors
• Connector type: Anderson-style DC connector
• Designed application: Photovoltaic systems and DC power links
• Construction: Pre-assembled cable with durable insulation and flexible conductors

How to use

Install the cable by plugging the Anderson connector into the mating socket on the target device, observing correct polarity as marked on the connector. Route the cable to avoid sharp edges and excessive bending, and secure it with appropriate clamps or cable ties. For permanent installations, protect the cable from UV exposure and mechanical damage using conduit or trunking where required. Verify the system is de-energised before making or breaking connections when possible.

Recommendations

Use the cable within its rated current and voltage limits for PV4 conductors, and pair it with compatible Anderson-style sockets or housings. Regularly inspect connectors and cable insulation for wear, corrosion or loose contacts, especially in outdoor or mobile environments.
