How to use

Ensure both devices support QSFP+ 40GbE connections (for example, a NAS with the QNAP LAN-40G2SF-MLX NIC and a compatible switch). Align each QSFP+ connector with the device port and insert firmly until it seats. Route the 3 m cable to avoid sharp bends and secure it within the rack or cabinet to prevent strain on the connectors. Verify link status on both connected devices and configure network settings as required.

Recommendations

Use this QSFP+ cable for short-range 40GbE links within racks or between adjacent cabinets. Avoid excessive bending, kinking, or tension; store in a dry environment and inspect connectors for damage before installation.
