Quadrios 22C461 krimpkous-verbindingsklem 0,25-0,34 mm² wit (10 st.)

For automotive, marine, and industrial wiring repairs, the Quadrios 22C461 heat shrink butt connector provides a reliable, waterproof splice for thin-gauge wires from 0.25 to 0.34 mm² (22-23 AWG). The white, adhesive-lined polyolefin sleeve shrinks tightly around the connection when heated, sealing out moisture and preventing corrosion.

Key specifications

• Connector type: Heat shrink butt connector
• Wire size: 0.25 - 0.34 mm² (22 - 23 AWG)
• Insulation: Fully insulated, adhesive-lined polyolefin

Why choose it

The adhesive lining melts during shrinking to create an environmental seal, protecting the splice from water, salt, and vibration. The transparent sleeve allows visual inspection of the connection before and after shrinking.

Ideal use cases

• Repairing damaged wiring in vehicles, trailers, and boats
• Extending sensor or actuator cables in industrial machinery
• Creating durable, waterproof splices in outdoor lighting or irrigation systems

Good to know

Use a heat gun set above 100°C to fully shrink the sleeve and activate the adhesive. The connector is RoHS compliant and flame retardant.
