Quadrios 22C483 gedeeltelijk geïsoleerde adereindhulzen-sortiment, 200 stuks, 0,5-1,5 mm², DIN kleurgecodeerd

Loose wire strands in terminal blocks cause poor contact, overheating, and eventual connection failure. This Quadrios 22C483 assortment solves that by providing 200 partially insulated wire ferrules in the four most common cross-sections for control cabinet and building wiring. Each ferrule is tin-plated copper with a polypropylene insulating collar, crimped onto the stripped conductor to create a gas-tight, vibration-resistant connection. The DIN color coding on the collars lets you identify the correct size at a glance, speeding up assembly and reducing errors.

Who is it for

Electricians, panel builders, and maintenance technicians who regularly terminate stranded wires into screw, spring, or push-in terminals. The assortment is ideal for control cabinets, machine wiring, and building installation where reliable, standards-compliant connections are required.

Tips

Use a crimping tool with a square or hexagonal die profile to achieve a reliable, gas-tight crimp. Match the ferrule size to the conductor cross-section; the insulation collar should be flush with the conductor insulation after crimping. Store the box closed to keep the ferrules organized and prevent mixing of sizes.
