Surface resistance of 10⁷–10⁹ Ω on the dissipative top layer and 10³–10⁵ Ω on the conductive bottom layer ensures controlled static discharge in under 0.05 seconds. The two-layer synthetic rubber construction measures 650 × 500 × 2 mm and withstands temperatures up to 80°C.
