Rackblindeerplaat Rittal 1939.200, 19 inch (48,3 cm), 482,6 mm breed, aluminium, wit, 3 stuks

Rittal 1939.200 is a set of three 19" (48.3 cm) rack plates manufactured from aluminium with a white finish. Each plate is 482.6 mm wide and designed to be fitted into standard 19-inch racks and enclosures to provide a durable, corrosion-resistant support surface for panels, modules and components. Supplied as a pack of three, these blanking plates allow for neat closure of unused mounting positions while maintaining consistent airflow and a professional appearance inside server cabinets and control racks.

Advantages

The aluminium construction provides a lightweight yet sturdy barrier that resists corrosion and mechanical wear. The white finish offers a neutral appearance that blends with most rack interiors and helps reflect light for improved visibility during installation and maintenance. Delivered as a pack of three, these plates simplify inventory management and replacement of damaged or missing panels.

How to use

Mount the rack plate into the desired U-position of a standard 19-inch rack or enclosure by aligning the plate with the mounting rail holes and securing it with appropriate rack screws or fasteners. Use one plate per unused mounting location or multiple plates for larger coverage. Ensure fasteners are tightened to prevent movement while avoiding over‑torque that could deform the plate.

Recommendations

For best results, store the plates in a dry environment before installation and handle with care to avoid scratches to the white finish. When closing multiple adjacent U-spaces, consider combining these blanking plates with airflow management accessories or brush strips to optimize ventilation and cable routing within the rack.
