Rackkast Lanview RSL32U81BL 32U zwart 600kg IP20

The Lanview RSL32U81BL is a freestanding 32U rack cabinet designed for secure housing of networking and server equipment. With external dimensions of 800 x 1000 x 1608 mm and a rated load capacity of up to 600 kg, this black cabinet meets IP20 protection for indoor installations. It features removable front and rear doors, tool-free assembly of the chassis, and integrated cable entry points top and bottom to support orderly cabling and passive ventilation.

Advantages

The cabinet offers a robust metal construction with easily removable side panels and rear door that use barrel-locking mechanisms for secure but accessible maintenance. A spring-loaded, reversible front door with tempered smoke glass and a handle-locking mechanism provides secure visibility of installed equipment. Built-in 3U brushed cable entries at the top and bottom, a raised roof gap for passive ventilation, and structural support for vertical cable managers simplify cable routing and protection. Side brackets and omega support points increase structural strength while split panels on taller models enable access in confined spaces.

Suitable for

• Server rooms and IT closets
• Network cabinets for switches, patch panels and routers
• Office infrastructure and communications equipment
• Indoor installations requiring IP20 protection

How to use

Assemble the cabinet using basic tools following the included instructions; the chassis and panels are designed for straightforward, tool-assisted assembly and disassembly. Fit equipment into standard 19" rack mount positions and secure with appropriate rack screws. Route cabling through the 3U brushed cable entries at the top or bottom or via the wide rubber-edged sliding cable entry in the base, then close the sliding module to protect cables and reduce dust ingress. Use the barrel locks on side and rear panels for controlled access during maintenance.

Recommendations

Place the cabinet on a level indoor surface and ensure adequate clearance for ventilation and access. For heavier installations or concentrated loads, distribute equipment weight across multiple mounting points and verify floor loading capacity. Use compatible vertical cable management modules to maintain cable organization and to maximize airflow through the passive roof gap.
