Rackplaat Rittal SZ 2567.450 staal lichtgrijs

The Rittal SZ 2567.450 rack plate is a steel mounting plate with a light grey finish designed for mounting inside enclosures and racks. It provides a robust surface for routing and fixing cables and components and is suitable for applications requiring secure cable entry and stable support within server or equipment cabinets.

Advantages

The divided gland plate enables straightforward installation on the enclosure and offers several mounting options. Special drilled holes in the plate provide automatic potential equalisation when screws are tightened, eliminating the need for separate bolts, clips or earthing cables. The steel construction and ready-to-fit design ensure reliable mechanical strength and easy integration into rack systems.

How to use

Position the rack plate inside the enclosure at the required location and secure it using the appropriate screws for your rack system. Insert cables with or without connectors through the divided gland openings as needed. When fastening screws through the special drilled holes, tighten to achieve automatic potential equalisation between the plate and the enclosure without additional grounding hardware.

Recommendations

For safe operation, check compatibility with your rack or enclosure dimensions before installation and use appropriate screw sizes for secure mounting. Ensure that cable routing does not exceed the plate's mechanical limits and that electrical connections comply with local grounding regulations.
