Rackvoet EFB Elektronik 691750GR.80PB — staal, grijs, 800 × 1000 × 100 mm

EFB Elektronik 691750GR.80PB is a steel rack plinth with a grey finish measuring 800 × 1000 × 100 mm. Designed to serve as a stable base for server and network cabinets, this plinth raises equipment off the floor to improve airflow beneath the rack and provide easier access for cabling and cleaning. Its steel construction offers mechanical strength and long-term durability suitable for data center and IT room environments.

Advantages

The steel construction ensures high load-bearing capacity and resistance to deformation under heavy equipment. The grey finish provides corrosion protection and a neutral appearance that matches common rack colours. By elevating the cabinet, the plinth facilitates better under-rack ventilation and safer cable routing while reducing direct contact with floor-level dust and moisture. Installation is straightforward and designed to integrate with standard rack bases.

Suitable for

• Server and network cabinets in data centers and server rooms
• Telecommunications racks requiring elevated cabling access
• Workshops or industrial control cabinets where floor clearance is needed
• Environments where easier cleaning under cabinets is required

Key specifications

• Material: steel with protective grey finish
• External dimensions (W × D × H): 800 × 1000 × 100 mm
• Purpose: base/plinth for server and network cabinets
• Finish: corrosion-resistant paint/coating in grey
• Design: flat plinth to support cabinet weight and allow under-rack clearance

How to use

Place the plinth on a level floor surface and position the rack or cabinet on top, aligning mounting points and feet as required. Secure the cabinet to the plinth following the cabinet manufacturer's instructions and local installation standards. Ensure the plinth sits evenly under the entire cabinet footprint to distribute weight uniformly. Verify floor load capacity and stability before loading the cabinet with equipment.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the plinth on a flat, stable floor and check that the combined weight of the cabinet and equipment does not exceed the structural limits of the floor. Inspect the plinth periodically for signs of corrosion or damage, and keep the area beneath the cabinet clear to maintain airflow and enable cable access.
