Ratelsleutel Bahco S4RM/3T

The Bahco S4RM/3T ratchet wrench is engineered for durability and efficient operation in workshop and field environments. It incorporates a 72-tooth ratchet mechanism for fine, precise angular movement and fast turning in confined spaces. The wrench is manufactured from chrome vanadium steel for strength and wear resistance, and it includes an ergonomically shaped handle designed to improve comfort during repeated use.

Advantages

The 72-tooth ratchet provides a small 5° swing arc for incremental adjustments and reduced repositioning. Chrome vanadium construction ensures long service life and corrosion resistance when properly maintained. The ergonomic handle reduces hand fatigue during extended tasks and improves control when applying torque. The compact head profile enables access to tight fasteners while maintaining durability for professional and home use.

Suitable for

• Automotive repair and maintenance work
• Mechanical assembly and disassembly in workshops
• Plumbing and HVAC installations where confined space access is required
• Home DIY projects involving bolts and nuts
• Industrial maintenance tasks requiring reliable hand tools

Key specifications

• Ratchet tooth count: 72 teeth for 5° fine indexing
• Material: chrome vanadium steel body for strength and wear resistance
• Drive type: ratcheting wrench designed for reversible operation
• Handle: ergonomic shape for improved grip and reduced fatigue
• Head profile: compact design for access to confined fasteners

How to use

Select the correct ratchet wrench size for the fastener and position the head squarely on the nut or bolt. Use the reversible ratchet mechanism to switch direction as required and apply steady, controlled force to avoid rounding fastener heads. Work within the tool's mechanical limits and finish tightening with a torque tool if an exact torque specification is required. After use, clean off dirt and debris and store the wrench in a dry environment to preserve the chrome vanadium finish.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, inspect the ratchet mechanism periodically for wear and lubricate the gear with a light machine oil if movement becomes stiff. Avoid using the wrench as a hammer or pry bar and do not apply impacts that exceed the tool's intended hand-torque use; when precision torque is needed, use an appropriate calibrated torque wrench.
