RCA (cinch) stekker ShiverPeaks 52000-W — metalen behuizing, 6 mm, wit

The ShiverPeaks 52000-W RCA (Cinch) connector is a metal-housed plug with a 6 mm cable entry designed for audio and A/V cabling. Its white finish supports visual color coding and tidy installations in home theater setups, audio systems, and professional A/V environments. The connector is intended for replacing worn RCA plugs or for assembling custom cables where a plated metal housing and reliable signal contact are required.

Advantages

The metal housing provides improved durability and mechanical protection compared with plastic-bodied plugs. A 6 mm diameter fit ensures compatibility with standard audio cable jacket sizes used for many RCA assemblies. The white finish enables simple color-coded identification during installation while maintaining a discreet appearance. The connector is suitable for soldered or mechanically secured centre contacts, providing consistent signal transfer for line-level audio and A/V signals.

Suitable for

• Replacing damaged RCA plugs on audio and home theater cables
• Assembling custom RCA leads for Hi‑Fi and consumer A/V equipment
• Professional A/V installations and patching panels where metal connectors are preferred
• Applications requiring color-coded connectors for channel identification

Key specifications

• Connector type: RCA (Cinch) male plug
• Housing material: metal
• Cable entry / fit diameter: 6 mm
• Finish color: white
• Application: audio and A/V signal connections

How to use

Strip the cable jacket and prepare the inner conductor and shield according to the cable type. Slide the metal housing onto the cable before soldering or securing the centre pin and shield contact as required by the connector design. Reposition the housing and tighten or secure any fastening elements to ensure good mechanical contact and strain relief. Check the assembled plug for solid electrical contact and correct polarity before use in audio or A/V systems.

Recommendations

For reliable results, use cables with outer diameters close to 6 mm and follow standard soldering practices for audio connectors. Where color coding is used, place the white connector on the designated channel to maintain consistent system wiring. Avoid excessive bending at the connector entry to reduce mechanical stress on the joint.
