RCA-naar-RCA-cinch-audiokabel ShiverPeaks 40502 — 2 RCA-stekkers, 2-aderig

ShiverPeaks 40502 is a stereo RCA (cinch) audio cable with two RCA connectors on each end and a two-conductor design for unbalanced line-level audio. The cable is intended for connecting common AV components such as CD players, DACs, amplifiers and televisions, and transmits left and right analogue signals between source and destination. Its construction focuses on straightforward, reliable analogue interconnection for home audio systems, basic studio setups and DJ equipment.

Advantages

The cable offers simple plug-and-play connectivity with standard RCA connectors on both ends, supporting stereo signal transmission via a two-conductor layout. Gold-plated contacts ensure improved contact reliability and reduced corrosion risk over time. A flexible outer jacket and moderate cable length make routing and placement easy in typical home and small studio environments. The design emphasizes compatibility with a wide range of consumer and prosumer audio devices that use unbalanced line-level RCA connections.

Suitable for

• Connecting CD players, DACs and media players to amplifiers or receivers
• Linking preamplifiers or line-level outputs to power amplifiers
• Connecting TVs or set-top boxes to external audio systems
• Basic DJ setups and small home studio patching where RCA interconnects are standard

Key specifications

• Connector type: RCA (cinch) connectors on both ends
• Number of conductors: 2 (stereo, unbalanced)
• Contact finish: gold-plated contacts for improved corrosion resistance
• Cable function: analogue line-level audio interconnect
• Typical use environment: home audio, small studio, DJ setups

How to use

Connect one end of the cable to the left and right RCA output jacks on the source device and the other end to the corresponding input jacks on the amplifier, receiver or active speakers. Ensure left (usually white or black) and right (usually red) channels are matched on both devices to preserve stereo imaging. Firmly seat each RCA plug until it contacts the jack; no additional tools are required. For best results, avoid tightly coiling the cable and keep it separate from power cords to reduce possible interference.

Recommendations

Use this cable for short to moderate interconnect runs within home setups or small studio patches. Route the cable away from mains power cables and sources of electromagnetic interference. Periodically inspect the connectors for oxidation and clean contacts if audio degradation is observed.
