Good to know

The half ball arrives deflated; use the included pump to inflate it to your desired firmness. For best results, place it on a flat, non-slippery surface. Clean with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid harsh chemicals. Store away from direct sunlight and sharp objects. Always inspect the ball before use and ensure proper inflation to prevent accidents. This balance trainer is suitable for users of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes.
