Rechthoekige ovenschaal Ritzenhoff & Breker XXL 3L

The Ritzenhoff & Breker Rectangular Dish XXL 3L is a ceramic oven-to-table dish designed for preparing and serving larger portions. With a 3-litre capacity and a minimalist white finish, the dish suits everyday family meals and formal dinner presentations alike. Constructed from high-quality ceramic, it provides even heat distribution for baking and reheating, and its smooth glazed surface facilitates cleaning and food release.

Advantages

The rectangular shape and generous volume allow efficient use of oven space and make the dish suitable for casseroles, lasagnas and layered bakes. Its durable ceramic construction resists thermal stress in normal household use and maintains a consistent appearance thanks to the white glaze. The dish is microwave safe and easy to clean due to its non-porous glazed surface, reducing staining and odor retention compared with unglazed cookware.

Suitable for

• Baking casseroles, lasagna and gratins
• Roasting vegetables and small cuts of meat
• Preparing family-size portions for oven or microwave
• Serving food directly at the table

Key specifications

• Material: high-quality glazed ceramic
• Capacity: approximately 3 litres
• Shape: rectangular for space-efficient baking
• Finish: white glazed surface
• Heat tolerance: suitable for oven and microwave use (follow appliance temperature limits)
• Cleaning: dishwasher-safe glazing for convenient maintenance

How to use

Preheat the oven to the temperature required by your recipe and place the filled dish on a middle rack for even heat exposure. For microwave use, avoid sudden temperature changes such as transferring the dish from freezer directly into a hot oven. Allow the dish to cool before cleaning to prevent thermal shock. Use non-abrasive cleaning tools to preserve the glazed surface and remove food residues; the dish is suitable for use in a household dishwasher.

Recommendations

To prolong the life of the ceramic glaze, avoid sudden and extreme temperature changes, do not use on open flames or induction hobs, and handle with oven mitts when hot. Let baked foods rest briefly before serving to retain structure and facilitate portioning.
