REH Stabilmax O-1241/4XL open korte kniebandage met patella-ontlasting

The REH Stabilmax O-1241/4XL stands apart from typical knee braces thanks to its open-patella design, which reduces pressure on the kneecap while still providing firm, adjustable compression. Sized for larger legs with a thigh circumference of 58–62 cm and calf of 48–52 cm, this short brace wraps easily around the knee and stays secure during movement. The neoprene-based fabric combines elasticity with breathability, making it suitable for all-day wear.

Highlights

• Open patella cutout relieves pressure and improves kneecap tracking
• Adjustable Velcro straps allow a personalized, secure fit
• Short length offers freedom of movement without sacrificing support
• Universal design fits both left and right knees
• Breathable elastic textile helps manage moisture and heat
• Moderate support level for mild pain, sprains, and strains

In daily use

Whether you are recovering from a minor knee injury, managing arthritis discomfort, or seeking preventive support during physical activity, this brace delivers consistent compression where you need it. The wrap-around application takes seconds, and the Velcro closures let you fine-tune tightness throughout the day. Because the patella remains exposed, bending and kneeling feel more natural compared to closed braces. The black colour resists visible dirt and pairs easily with any clothing.
