Reservesleutel voor kassalade Star Micronics CB-2002 – set met 2 reservesleutels

This set of 2 replacement keys is designed for the Star Micronics CB-2002 cash drawer. The keys provide secure mechanical access control for retail, hospitality and point-of-sale environments where the CB-2002 model is used. Having two keys allows one to be kept in active use while the other is retained as a spare, reducing the risk of downtime due to lost or damaged keys.

Advantages

The keys are precision-cut to match the locking mechanism of the CB-2002 cash drawer, ensuring reliable operation and smooth insertion and turning. Supplying two keys in one set offers immediate backup without the need for rekeying or emergency locksmith services. The metal construction provides durability under frequent use and resistance to bending or wear common in everyday retail and hospitality settings.

Suitable for

• Retail checkout counters using the Star Micronics CB-2002 cash drawer
• Restaurant and café POS stations that require controlled drawer access
• Small businesses and kiosks needing a spare or replacement key
• Service and maintenance teams performing hardware upkeep or replacements

Key specifications

• Quantity: set of 2 physical replacement keys
• Compatibility: designed to operate with Star Micronics CB-2002 cash drawers
• Material: metal alloy for wear resistance and durability
• Finish: plated surface to resist corrosion and improve longevity
• Form factor: standard mechanical key profile matching CB-2002 lock

How to use

Insert the key into the cash drawer lock and turn gently in the direction required to unlock or lock the drawer. Keep one key in a secure, accessible location for daily use and store the spare key separately to maintain security. If the lock feels stiff, inspect the key and lock for debris and operate slowly to avoid damage. Do not force the key; if it does not turn smoothly, seek professional inspection to prevent lock damage.

Recommendations

Store the spare key in a secure off-site location or with a trusted manager to reduce the likelihood of simultaneous loss. Periodically clean the key and lock with a dry cloth and avoid lubricants that attract dust; use a lock-appropriate lubricant only if recommended in the cash drawer maintenance guidelines.
