RFID-sleutel Zaptec ZB100281 — 1 stuk, toegangstoken voor authenticatie bij laadstations

Single-piece Zaptec RFID key ZB100281 is an access token designed for user authentication and access control on compatible Zaptec charging stations. The compact tag provides a physical method to identify authorized users or vehicles at the charging point, enabling secure, simple activation of the charger without using a mobile app. The key is intended for environments where reliable, proximity-based identification is preferred, such as private homes, workplace parking, or shared residential chargers.

Advantages

The RFID key offers straightforward, contact-based authentication that requires no batteries or network connection on the token itself. Its compact and durable form factor makes it easy to carry or attach to a keyring. Activation at the charging station is immediate on presentation, reducing time spent at the charge point and avoiding dependence on smartphone connectivity or credentials. The physical token supports secure identification when integrated with the station’s user management system.

Suitable for

• Private EV owners who prefer a physical authentication method
• Workplace charging areas with multiple authorized users
• Residential complexes or shared garages with controlled access to chargers
• Fleet vehicles requiring simple, repeatable identification at charge points

Key specifications

• Form factor: compact, single-piece RFID token suitable for keyring use
• Function: proximity-based RFID identification for access and authentication
• Compatibility: designed for use with compatible Zaptec charging stations (station firmware may affect supported features)
• Durability: lightweight and robust construction for everyday handling
• Power: passive token — no internal battery required

How to use

Register the RFID key in the Zaptec charging station’s user management or administration interface according to the station’s setup procedure. Once registered, present the token to the station’s reader area to authenticate and enable charging. The process is immediate: the station will recognize the token and allow charging if the token has appropriate permissions. If needed, administrators can add or revoke keys through the station’s configuration tools to manage access rights.

Recommendations

Store the RFID key on a keyring or in a consistent place to avoid loss, and maintain a record of issued tokens for access control. For shared installations, assign tokens per user or vehicle and periodically review registered tokens in the charger’s management interface to ensure only authorized keys remain active.
