How to use

Turn off the printer or set it to safe replacement mode if required by the device. Open the front access panel according to the printer user guide, remove the empty or near-empty yellow cartridge by gently pulling it straight out, and unpack the new toner cartridge carefully to avoid contact with toner powder. Insert the new yellow cartridge into the correct slot until it clicks into place, close the access panel, and restart the printer or follow on-screen prompts to initialize the cartridge. Perform a test print or colour calibration if necessary to verify correct installation and colour balance.

Recommendations

Store the toner cartridge in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Handle the cartridge by its casing to avoid contact with toner powder and recycle used cartridges according to local regulations or manufacturer take-back programs. For consistent colour results, allow the printer to warm up and, when printing important colour-critical documents, use the printer's recommended paper types and perform periodic colour calibration.
