Rimage - media kit ENCORE, 500 BD 50GB (W,R) CMY - standaardversie

For high-volume disc publishing environments where every print must look crisp and every burn must be reliable, the Rimage Encore 500-pack of 50GB BD-R DL media eliminates the need to compromise between capacity and print quality. Unlike standard BD-R discs that often lack a true white printable surface, these discs feature a bright white inkjet-receptive coating that produces vivid, full-colour CMY prints directly on the disc face. Each disc is dual-layer, write-once, and holds up to 50GB of data—ideal for archiving large files, backing up high-definition video, or distributing rich media content. The 500-disc bulk pack is engineered specifically for Rimage disc publishing systems, ensuring smooth robotic handling and consistent results batch after batch.

Highlights

• 500 dual-layer BD-R discs with 50GB capacity per disc
• Inkjet printable white surface optimised for CMY colour printing
• Write-once recording for permanent, tamper-proof data storage
• Compatible with Rimage Encore and other Rimage disc publishing systems
• Bulk spindle packaging for efficient loading and storage

In daily use

In a busy production environment, time spent swapping discs or dealing with misprints adds up quickly. The Rimage Encore media is designed to minimise those interruptions. The white printable surface accepts inkjet inks evenly, producing sharp text and vibrant graphics without smudging or fading. Because the discs are dual-layer, you can store entire HD video projects or large datasets on a single disc, reducing the number of discs needed per job. The write-once format ensures that once data is recorded, it cannot be altered or erased—a critical feature for archival and compliance workflows. The 500-disc pack provides a substantial supply, reducing the frequency of reordering and keeping your publishing system running longer between media changes.
