Ringband Herlitz maX.file A4 meerkleurig FSC-gecertificeerd

The Herlitz maX.file A4 ring binder Multicolour FSC certified is a durable binder designed to store and organize A4 documents. Made in Germany, it combines a sturdy construction with a multicolour exterior finish and certified sustainable materials. The binder is intended for everyday use in home, office and school settings where reliable document management and environmental considerations are important.

Advantages

This ring binder offers robust durability through reinforced covers and a stable spine that keeps documents flat and protected. The multicolour design aids quick visual identification and sorting of files. FSC certification confirms that the paper-based components originate from responsibly managed forests. The binder’s mechanism provides smooth opening and closing for easy access to punched documents while maintaining a compact A4 format suitable for standard folders and shelves.

Suitable for

• Organizing A4 reports, manuals and school worksheets
• Sorting project documentation by colour for quick retrieval
• Archiving paperwork in offices with a need for sustainable stationery
• Presenting portfolios and proposals in meetings or classes

Key specifications

• Format: A4 document size compatibility
• Cover: rigid, multi-colour finish for visual sorting
• Citation of origin: manufactured in Germany
• Material: paper-based components from FSC-certified sources
• Binding: metal ring mechanism for punched sheets
• Spine: stable spine to keep contents flat and aligned

How to use

Open the ring mechanism and insert punched A4 sheets evenly into the rings, ensuring holes align with the ring posts. Close the mechanism until it snaps securely to prevent pages from slipping out. For best results, place heavier sections near the spine and distribute documents by topic or date using the multicolour covers as visual separators. Store the binder upright on a shelf or flat in a drawer to protect the covers and maintain page alignment.

Recommendations

Use standard A4 punched paper or clear plastic sleeves to protect important documents. Avoid overfilling beyond the binder’s capacity to prevent stress on the ring mechanism and cover. Clean the surface with a dry or slightly damp cloth; do not use aggressive solvents that could affect the finish or certification markings.
