Ringband Herlitz maX.file A4 zwart wit D-ring-opberg

The Herlitz maX.file A4 ring binder in Black White is a durable storage solution designed for A4 documents. Manufactured in Germany and FSC certified, this binder uses a D-ring mechanism that provides secure, even distribution of papers and efficient filing. The format and build make it suitable for daily use in offices, schools and home workspaces where reliable document organisation is required.

Advantages

The D-ring mechanism reduces page bending and allows documents to lie flatter compared with standard round rings. The robust cover material offers resistance to wear during regular handling and transport. FSC certification confirms that the fibre materials come from responsibly managed forests, supporting sustainability goals. The binder's neutral black and white design fits professional and educational environments and simplifies visual filing.

• Ring type: D-ring mechanism for even paper distribution
• Cover: rigid, wear-resistant cover material
• Color: black and white design

How to use

Open the D-ring mechanism and insert punched A4 papers or use punched pockets to protect single sheets. Close the rings until they click to secure contents and avoid overfilling to maintain proper function. For carrying, hold the binder by the spine or place it flat in a shelf or drawer. If reordering pages, open the rings, reposition documents, and close again to ensure the rings align for smooth operation.

Recommendations

To extend service life, avoid overstuffing beyond the binder's capacity and keep away from prolonged exposure to moisture. Use reinforced punched pockets for frequently handled documents and label the spine for quick identification on shelves. Regularly check ring alignment and gently realign if papers catch when turning pages.
