Ringband Herlitz maX.file Fresh Colour A4 oranje

The Herlitz maX.file Fresh Colour A4 ring binder in orange is a sturdy document folder designed for everyday organization of A4 papers. Constructed from durable cardboard with a laminated finish, this ring binder combines functional document storage with a vivid color that helps visually sort files. The binder uses a D-ring mechanism to hold punched sheets securely and to reduce page curling, making it suitable for frequent use in school, home or office environments.

Advantages

The rigid cardboard cover provides reliable protection for documents while keeping the binder lightweight. The D-ring mechanism offers stable alignment and easier page turning compared with standard round rings. The bright orange colour increases visibility on shelves and desks, helping users quickly locate the required folder. The design supports standard A4 punched pages and compatible inserts.

Suitable for

• Organising A4 documents and reports
• School notes, handouts and assignments
• Office filing and project folders
• Home paperwork such as bills and warranties

Key specifications

• Format: A4 compatible
• Cover material: durable cardboard with laminated surface
• Ring mechanism: D-ring for secure sheet holding
• Colour: orange
• Capacity: suitable for a moderate stack of punched papers (typical binder capacity range)

How to use

Open the binder by operating the D-ring mechanism and align punched pages with the rings. Insert sheets carefully to ensure holes engage the rings fully, then close the mechanism to secure documents. Use the binder for sorted collections of documents, adding or removing pages as project needs change. Store the binder upright on a shelf or flat in a drawer to protect the cover and contents.

Recommendations

For best results, use standard A4 punched paper or compatible plastic pockets. Avoid overfilling beyond the binder's practical capacity to maintain ring alignment and prevent stress on the cover. Clean the laminated surface with a soft, dry cloth to keep the colour and finish in good condition.
