How to use

Open the D-ring mechanism and insert punched A4 sheets or punched pockets onto the rings. Close the rings securely to keep documents in place and to prevent accidental slipping. Place the binder on a shelf or in a filing cabinet using the dimensions provided to ensure a proper fit. For frequent reference, store the binder at an accessible height and label the spine or cover for quick retrieval.

Recommendations

For longer-term archiving, use archival-quality punched pockets or interleave thick documents to avoid strain on the rings. When transporting, ensure the binder is closed and positioned upright to minimize shifting of contents.
