Ringband HERMA 19254 A4 veelkleurig D-ring opbergmap 285x315mm

The HERMA 19254 A4 multicolour ring binder is designed to store and organise A4 documents with a D-ring mechanism. Its outer dimensions of 285 x 315 mm accommodate standard A4 sheets and allow for neat stacking on shelves. The multicolour finish helps visually separate subjects, projects or departments while the D-ring design secures pages and reduces bending at the binding edge.

Advantages

The D-ring closure provides even distribution of pages along the spine, making turning and locating documents easier and reducing wear. The binder’s reinforced cover and spine maintain shape during frequent handling and storage. The compact dimensions fit common filing systems and shelving while the multicolour surface supports quick visual sorting without additional labels.

How to use

Open the D-ring mechanism and insert punched A4 sheets or punched plastic pockets. Close the rings until they click to secure contents. Store the binder upright on a shelf or in a drawer; the D-ring keeps pages aligned for easy flipping. For best results, avoid overfilling beyond the binder’s capacity and distribute heavy inserts evenly to preserve the spine shape.

Recommendations

Use the multicolour options to assign binders to subjects, dates or teams for quick identification. When transporting, keep the binder closed and upright to prevent page shifting; use punched plastic sleeves for fragile or frequently handled documents to extend their condition.
