How to use

Attach the Kodak RM001 ring light to a compatible small tripod or phone holder, or place it on a stable desktop stand. Connect the supplied USB cable to a USB power source such as a power bank, computer USB port or USB wall adapter. Position the ring light around or above the camera lens or phone to create even, shadow-reducing illumination. Adjust distance between subject and light to control brightness and softness; closer placement increases fill and softens shadows, while moving the light farther reduces intensity. Use for still photography, video recording, livestreaming or video calls as required.

Recommendations

For natural-looking results, position the ring light at or slightly above eye level and keep the subject within arm’s length when using the 4-inch diameter. Combine with ambient room lighting when wider coverage is needed, and use a stable mount to avoid camera shake during recording.
